GAUGE PIGS (cup or disc style)

• Durable urethane scraper components
• Steel mandrel body makes replacing sealing elements simple and easy
• Two (2) or more Aluminum slotted plates can be mounted on the pig
• Plates are cut to exact customer requirements
• Sizes from 2” to 48”

BRUSH PIGS

• 6-Disc, Dual Carbon steel Brush Pigs are ideal for removal of heavy debris and mud (4” – 48”)
• Poly Total Wire Brush pigs remove rust, mill scale, and dust once the pipeline is in a dry condition (2” – 60”)

SCRAPER DISC PIGS

• Designed for bidirectional use for maximum scraping and cleaning applications.
• This is a lightweight urethane flexible body pig with parts made from a special LN-10 urethane formulation that increases durability 30% over conventional pipeline pigs.
• Part replacement or reconfigurations is simple with only a single bolt to remove.
• Sizes from 3” to 48”
